Please would you let me know in writing if you hold information of the following description:
A list of all providers/organisations and accommodation addresses that the council has referred 10 to 18-year-olds to for Supported Living accommodation over the past five years, namely 2014/15 to 2018/19.
This information is available on a spreadsheet which can be accessed via the link below:
Where possible, please provide the total number of young people who were referred to Supported Living accommodation and a breakdown of their ages.
