“Please may you provide a dataset containing the geographic locations (WGS84, OSGB36 or equivalent co-ordinate scheme) and their associated reference codes (e.g. “253”) for the council-owned street lighting units (columns and wall brackets) in Devon? This information could be used to improve fault reporting and public awareness of lighting issues.”
