Both of these contracts have recently been tendered and are currently going through the tender evaluation process. Devon County Council is yet to identify the successor service providers.
Once this process is complete the successor contractors’ details will be publicly accessible via the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU’s) award notice as well as Contracts Finder.
We therefore apply Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 – ‘Information intended for future publication’ to these details.
