Section 95 or Section 4 education support for asylum seeking children

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act regarding asylum-seeking children in receipt of Section 95 or Section 4 support.

In 2017, 2018 and 2019*, how many children residing in your local authority were in receipt of Section 95 or Section 4 support?

In 2017, 2018 and 2019*, how many children in receipt of Section 95 or Section 4 support were placed in a(n):
o Mainstream academy or free school
o LA mainstream school
o Special school (including LA schools, academies, free schools and non-maintained schools)
o (Ofsted-)registered alternative provision (including Pupil Referral Units)
o Un-(Ofsted-)registered alternative provision
o Independent school
o Further education institution
o Other (please specify)?

In 2017, 2018 and 2019*, how many children in receipt of Section 95 or Section 4 support were placed in a school within 20 days?
In 2017, 2018 and 2019*, how many children in receipt of Section 95 or Section 4 support waited for more than 3 months before being placed in a school?

A response to the questions above may identify the children in question and would therefore risk a public disclosure of their identity along with the issues discussed in these questions.   This would be a breach of the first data protection principle and this information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to s.40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.
