Are you a member of a DPS framework or regional system for the procurement of Residential Care placements of young people between the ages of 7-17?
Our framework for the procurement of children’s home placements is a Peninsula Framework which includes partners authorities as follows – Devon, Somerset. Torbay and Plymouth. This is a closed framework as opposed to DPS meaning that there are scheduled entry points. The most recent entry point was postponed due to the effects of Covid-19, specifically that the inspection framework had changed and Ofsted were not carrying out graded inspections. The grading of homes are relevant to the entry on to framework. Now that the inspection framework has been resumed we will be considering a new entry point date.
