If you hold records relating to historical registers of interest for current and former elected politicians I would be grateful if you could also supply them.

We may hold information about Registers of Interest for former councillors but these are largely paper based stored in largely unlabelled boxes in two rooms. To confirm, identify, locate and compile this information we would have to check each box, remove each relevant file, scan it, download the email, file the electronic copy of the document and prepare it for disclosure we estimate would take at least even minutes per file. There are sixty two councillors before 2017, and either two or three terms of office so the total time needed would be well in excess of the 18 hours allowed under the Freedom of information Act 2000 Section 12 – Cost of Compliance.
I would also like to receive a copy of the complete current local authority Gifts and Hospitality Registers for all elected politicians in a machine-readable spreadsheet format, including any data that may not be published on your website.

If you hold historical records of gifts or hospitality received for current and former elected politicians I would be grateful if you could also supply them.
We do not hold information for previous administrations.
Lastly, if you hold a separate register of interests that records those declared at meetings, please also supply that register in a machine-readable spreadsheet format. Again, if you hold historical records of declarations that may not be published on your website, please supply details.
All historical declarations on interests are recorded in the minutes of each council meeting. Minutes back to 2002 – 2003 are available on our public website. Since 2016 interests are recorded on each Councillor profile page, but we have linked to :
