Please may I be provided copies of highway inspections, or other risk assessments, repair inspections etc that have taken place, with particular attention to the footway in Queen Street, Newton Abbot for the period from 1st January 2015 to 31st July 2019.
May I also be provided with a schedule of inspection works for this area that the council requires to be undertaken and any inspections that have been missed.

With respect to the footway that you have identified, further to the inspection records above, we can confirm that it is a primary walking route which means that it is inspected monthly.
This inspection is usually carried out during the first week of the month. This inspection has never been missed or late from 1st January 2015 to date.
