The Order I am looking for is – THE COUNTY OF DEVON (PENNSYLVANIA CLOSE, EXETER)(PROHIBITED DRIVING) ORDER 1985.
Also if the Statement of Reasons to go with the Order are not contained within the Order itself, would it be possible to have a copy of these as well if available
