We should clarify that we do not hold information with respect to a further 6 schools which have been built or maintained via PFI.

With respect to the budget and costing information for each project, to extract the information for each of the 602 individual projects would be a significant task, taking more than 15 minutes for each project. This would therefore take in excess of 150 hours to obtain this information and disclosure is therefore exempt pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
