SCHEDULE 2 – AUTHORITY’S REQUIREMENTS
Maintenance of Building, Site Services and Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E)
To establish procedures and schedules for the following:
To undertake planned and preventative maintenance, life cycle replacement, and where necessary reactive maintenance, to ensure that the buildings, plant, FF&E and other assets are maintained to agreed standards. The contractor is required to demonstrate that environmental sustainability costs have been considered in their life-cycle management programme
Grounds Maintenance
To undertake planned and preventative maintenance, and where necessary reactive maintenance, to ensure that the site grounds, hard and soft landscaping, sports equipment, boundaries and other external assets are maintained to agreed standards.
2. Terms of all included maintenance
The contractor is to provide the following services;
- Building maintenance
- Grounds Maintenance
3. Length of contract.
The period of the contract is from 1 September 2015 to the end of the contract 31 August 2033 unless terminated in accordance with the contract.
4. Copies of all invoices for their first full year.
