I would also be grateful if there were any permissions or plans sought to provide access to land to the South East of this road.”
Devon County Council (DCC) can confirm that it is aware of a preliminary planning enquiry for a proposed development for this location which, if submitted and approved by the Planning Authority, Teignbridge District Council, would involve widening of the road in question.
