Some repairs are paid for in a monthly order covering all defect repairs and some are paid for in a specific monthly pothole repair order. With reference to the information provided in response to the questions below, to obtain the information for, say, 2019 would require a review of over 50,000 pothole repairs and how they were paid. This would take in excess of 18 hours and we are therefore not obliged to provide this information pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
