I would like under the freedom of information act, copy’s of all reports of surface water flooding & standing water & blocked drains, along with all investigation notes, surveys, reports and actions taken to solve the problems from the 1st of January 2010 to the present date (10-11-20) for the area of Victoria street & Portmarsh Lane in Barnstaple.
