In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information on population profiles and needs analysis for older people and people with a learning disability by Devon County Council.
A. Estimated total number of people:

We can confirm that the total population aged 18-64 currently predicted to have a learning disability is 10,636
3. Aged 65+ and with a learning disability residing within the local authority
We can confirm that the total population aged 65+ predicted to have a learning disability is 4,084
B. Projected % change in people residing within the local authority by 2021/22 (or alternatively to the nearest year that projected figure are available)

As at 31.03.2017 was 31,400 (of those 6,050 went on to receive a service)
D. Total number of people assessed as qualifying for local authority adult social care support in 2016/17 in the following areas:

2. Home care (domiciliary care) services for older people (over 65)
