Please refer to how parking is regulated in answer to questions 1a and 1b. Enforcement statistics for each year are provided within the relevant Civil Parking Enforcement Annual Reports. There are no current figures available for 2019, but this information will be posted via the above link once available.

The Council does not issue penalty charge notices for moving traffic offences, penalty charge notices are only issued for parking offences (as detailed above). You may wish to contact Devon & Cornwall Police for information relating to these offences.
