Q1. Who provides your organisation with payment services management e.g. debit/credit card payment, direct debit etc?. This is the organisation (e.g. Civica, Capita, Worldpay) which manages the transactions for which a monthly fee is charged.
Q2. What is the length of the contract with your payment services provider and when does the contract expire?
The contract is for three years; the current contract has an end date of the 15th October 2020. All our contracts appear on the Contracts Register published within the Supplying the South West Procurement Portal
Q3. Is there any provision for extension of the payment services contract and, if so, for how long?
The current contract has an end date of the 15th October 2020 with a further two extensions of twelve months ending on 15th October 2022. After this initial contract period the Council may move on to a 12 month rolling contract.
