Parking Charge Notices issued in Residents Parking Zone R

“Please provide the number together with dates that a PCN (Parking Charge Notice) has been issued on a bank holiday in residents parking zone R from 2004 .”

Devon County Council (DCC) does not hold information from 2004 – 31/03/2014 as we assumed responsibility for the enforcement of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) on April 1st 2014. Before that, PCN’s were the responsibility of District and Unitary Councils, please contact them directly using the information on the link provided.

Numbers of relevant PCNs from 2014 onwards are provided below. We do not hold data on the number of PCNs issued in each individual residents parking zone, so have checked each road which falls all or part within Zone R.  This means that some figures relate to a whole road, such as Topsham Road, rather than just the section which falls within the Zone R, as we are unable to separate those figures.
