Why do you not list any training in relation to Parental Alienation (PA) given your obligations under UK legislation 

There is no relevant UK legislation specifically related to parental alienation and neither Devon County Council nor the Devon Children and Families Partnership recognise or use the term parental alienation therefore we do not hold this information.

Are you aware of the full extent and current state of Cafcass Family Court Advisor  training and agree this is not expectable? If not why not?

Why is there now reference to Parental Alienation on the DCFPS website. And do you accept it exists as per Cafcass’ own estimates (80% of marital separations/relationship breakdowns involving children)
