1. Documented processes, policies, procedures, training notes or guidance given to staff in relation to the distributing of physical/paper files from on/offsite storage ?
2. Documented processes, policies, procedures, training notes or guidance given to staff in relation to the retrieval and collection of physical/paper files from on or offsite storage ?
3. Does your Council scan all paper files ?
4. Do you use a system for monitoring the location of manual paper records. If so, can you send me a copy of the documented processes, policies, procedures, training notes or guidance given to staff using this system.
