Please note that Devon County Council (DCC) does not hold specific records on the ownership of the hedge that borders 5 Clapperbrook Lane and the public highway. It may be necessary to approach HM Land Registry for such information, for which a fee may be payable. The HM Land Registry postal address is provided below:-
