Devon Norse is Devon County Council’s catering partner for Corporate Functions (3 main sites) and Schools (approximately 130) who buy back their service.
It is Devon Norse’s Policy to use meat sourced from animals that are stunned prior to slaughter.
Schools or Academies not using Devon Norse have the option of catering themselves or buying in food from another contractor. This information is, therefore, not held by Devon County Council.
2. If so, which schools or other institutions provide these non-stunned meat products?

3. If so, which types of meat are non-stunned?
Not applicable for Devon Norse. As indicated in question 1 above, it is Devon Norse’s Policy to only use meat sourced from animals that are stunned prior to slaughter.
