Road repair complaints and costs

1. Within your council area, what was the most complained about road in 2018 and how many complaints did it receive?

Complaints about roads are recorded against teams responsible for a geographical area. 354 complaints about roads were logged in 2018, even if each one took only five minutes to identify if a specific road was mentioned, the total time needed to locate, extract and collate the information would be approximately 30 hours. Therefore this information is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Section 12 Cost of compliance, which specifies a time limit of 18 hours. If you wish to refine your request to relate to a geographical area we would be happy to reconsider.
