We do not hold a separate record of this information and to extract this information would require an individual review of each MASH referral.  Devon County Council receives enquiries regarding approximately 500 children per month and therefore to extract this information for these questions and for the time period requested would take in excess of 18 hours.  This is in excess of the appropriate time limit and we are therefore not obliged to provide the information requested pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
