I would like the data you hold in relation to the adoption of the roads on the new estate Lucombe Park in Uffculme.
This should include the date(s) when the adoption will come into force.
At the present time, no agreement pursuant to s.38 of the Highways Act (that can be used when a developer proposes to construct a new estate road for residential, industrial or general purpose traffic that may be offered to the Highway Authority for adoption as a public highway) has been agreed.
Devon County Council holds no information on when any adoption of this site will take place.
