In response to the last three questions, Devon County Council do not maintain a central record of this information so this would have to be obtained by a manual review of every child’s case file. With reference to the total of 750 provided in response to question 1 and allowing for 10 minutes per file, this would take a total of 125 hours which is in excess of the appropriate limit of 18 hours.  This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
