There are two automatic cycle counters on Rydon Lane.
One is located on the shared use path on the northern side of Rydon Lane (path adjacent to the carriageway heading away from Countess Wear roundabout). Its location is just after where the path leaves Rydon Lane to join the A379 spur road (heading towards Junction 30 of the M5).
The other is situated on the southern side of Rydon Lane (path adjacent to the carriageway heading towards Countess Wear roundabout). Its location is just east of where the route crosses Old Rydon Lane (near the St Bridget’s Nursery).
