B. For each of the libraries in a), whether there was any charge for library users to use a library computer in i) 2010 (yes/no), and ii) 2019 (yes/no).
2010 – Yes
2019 – Yes, non-members are charged £1 for 30 minutes, £2 for 60 minutes or £4 for up to a maximum of 2 hours per day. Library members are allowed up to 2 hours free access per day, whilst additional time over 2 hours is charged at the rate of £1 per 30 minutes (of part thereof) for both members and non-members.
