How much of your Lender Option Borrower Option (LOBO) debt has been repaid and refinanced with Public Works Loan Board (PWLB) debt?
Devon County Council can confirm that we have not refinanced any LOBO loans in the last 10 years.
By way of further advice and assistance, we can confirm that in 2013 we repaid one LOBO loan for £20m on its maturity date, but we did not refinance the debt.
