6. You say the lagoon is monitored regularly. Why is the lagoon overflowing a lot of the time through the winter?
The lagoon overflows sometimes because we cannot always cope with ‘flood situations’. We have also recently discovered that it is the storm water drain that is surcharging near the lagoon, and therefore not overtopping.
