We have interpreted these questions to refer to adult social care. 15 minute visits are the exception and not the rule, our usual minimum visiting time is 30 minutes.

The contract model under the Living Well at Home programme consists of three Primary Providers – listed below – who manage the local provider market for their geographic area.

Further to Living Well At Home Providers, there are additional providers who are not aligned to the Primary Providers or may deliver to contracts both via the Prime Provider and as a spot contract provision as follows:
