1. Do DCC Highways Inspectors have any other manual/material they refer to when inspecting highways? And in particular defects such as potholes?
Appropriately qualified Highways Safety Inspectors, employed by Skanska as our Term Maintenance Provider (rather than directly by DCC), refer only to the Highways Inspection Policy when inspecting highways.
2. If so, I write to request a copy of the specific manual/material, instructions, guidance, that DCC highways inspectors use when assessing defects.
