The Framework for Carriageway Resurfacing, Reconstruction and Patching, and High Friction Surfacing 2017 is used for the provision of road surfacing works.
How is that framework procured?
The framework was procured through the Open Procedure with an OJEU notice as a call for competition (Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Regulation 27).
