The Council does not have a specific budget allocated to meeting General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance. Devon County Council has a team of professional information governance practitioners who have been charged with monitoring General Data Protection Regulations compliance risks. This team will work with services across the Council to ensure compliance is achieved.
