Please can you provide me with details of how much Devon County Council Local Authority pays, per week, for a mother and baby who are ordered by the Family Court, to be placed in to the Orchard House or Richmond House Family Assessment Units.
A disclosure of the individual weekly payments which are made to these Family Assessment Units would potentially have an impact on the position of Devon County Council with other current or future Family Assessment Units and may prejudice the position of the council. Whilst we acknowledge the need to be open, it is not in the public interest to prejudice the commercial interests of the council. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to s.43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
