To identify, locate and collate this data would require calculations for two dates similar to those carried out to produce the Devon County Council Gender Pay Gap report for 2018 too which took an officer 55 hours to complete. Therefore, we believe this information is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 – Section 12 – Cost of Compliance, which allows for 18 hours.
