Devon County Council (DCC) manage the concessions agreement for public EV charge points across Devon.  The public charge points are owned and maintained by Scottish Power and therefore DCC do not hold the budget for these facilities.  Where DCC are land/site owner DCC received £13,766 government grant funding in 21/22 for EV charge points to be installed on these sites as part of £200,000 grant funding for EV charge points in Devon.
