The numbers of year 7 aged pupils who are on an EHC plan who are not attending a secondary school currently but remain on the council’s roll (i.e. they are not being electively home educated).
The numbers of the same students as described in point 1 at the same point in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
We hold this information however the data is published by the Department of Education (DfE) therefore, we consider that the information is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information At 2000 Section 21 – Information easily accessible by other means. This is an absolute exemption and does not require a public interest test.
