The underspend was partially allocated to an overspend on Early Years Individual Inclusion funding and the balance carried forward to 2020/21

The overall budget was set using the January 2019 CENSUS data and the balancing figure at the time of budget preparation in October 2019 was allocated as contingency. The amount was £184,000.

The remaining contingency was carried forward to 2020/21.
