How many Direct Debit mandates do you have?
This information is not readily available on our computer systems. To find how many direct debit mandates we have would mean we would have to access each individual direct debit to find out if it was still live. From our preliminary assessment, we estimate that compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate time limit of 18 hours of officer time under section 12 of the Freedom of information Act 2000.
What percentage of that of the total collections?
