“Please tell me how many diesel cars were bought for staff in the last three financial years (2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19). I am interested only in those diesel cars which were given to staff under the agreement that they would be used for both work and non-work purposes.
For each of the cars bought, please state the model of the car, the amount it cost and its CO2 emission tax excise band (explained: https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-tax-rate-tables – answer could be 0, 1-50, 51-75, 76-90, etc.).
Please tell me if a diesel car was provided over the same period to the Chief Executive. If yes, please tell me the model, its cost and the CO2 emission tax excise band for this vehicle(s).
Finally, for the same time period, please tell me how many non-diesel cars were bought and given to staff for use at work and outside of work.”
Devon County Council (DCC) can confirm that no diesel cars were purchased for staff for both work and non-work purposes in the last three financial years.
