Please can you produce all available documents, notes and minutes of any meetings relating to the change of speed limit on 16/05/19 due to the Devon County Show at Westpoint, Exeter, EX5 1DJ.
Devon County Council held no meetings specifically concerning the temporary change of speed limit on the A3052 outside the County Show Ground at Westpoint so we therefore do not hold this information.
The temporary speed reduction has been part of the overall traffic management plan devised by the organisers for the Devon County Show over many years. The organisers make application to the County Council for a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (“TTRO”) each year for the event which includes many elements, one of which is a temporary speed reduction to 30mph on the A3052 at this location. Please can you also provide me with a diagram showing the location of all road side notices such as speed signs, speed camera signs and a diagram of the operation of speed cameras at this location.
