The ‘hourly’ spot purchase rate paid by Devon County Council is £35 per hour. The charge rate if those assessors are agency workers is £41.69.
The ‘per assessment’ spot purchase rate paid by Devon County Council is £300 per assessment The charge rate if those assessors are agency workers is £361.35.
