As at 30 June 2018, Devon County Council were funding Day Care services for 322 individuals aged 65 or over

As at the end of each financial year, on 31 March, Devon County Council were funding Day Care services for those aged 65 or over:

2013/14: 857 individuals
2014/15: 639 individuals
2015/16: 562 individuals
2016/17: 465 individuals
2017/18: 343 individuals

The figures below are for net expenditure on day services for the client group of Older People, including both commissioned provider and DCC directly provided services. Day services may include expenditure on care services not necessarily provider in a day centre. There are 2 in house day centres which are attended by both older people and people of working age. The costs of these centres are included.
