In the House of Commons, the Secretary of State for Health said:
‘That data [local COVID-19 testing data] is available to directors of public health in local councils who have signed a data protection record. I am committing to the House to publish it at as local a level as possible, so that everybody will be able to see and analyse that data.’
Please can you send me a copy of the ‘data protection record’ and any correspondence to and from the Department of Health &/or Deloitte to obtain this data. I assume this will have been dealt with by the Director of Public Health, or they should be aware of its existence.
