In the September 12, 2019 Connecting Devon and Somerset (CDS) Stakeholder Briefing, CDS stated that CDS aims to publish Invitation To Tenders (ITTs) for the five cancelled Gigaclear contract lots before the end of December 2019. CDS also stated “We hope to have a preferred bidder or bidders by September, then all parties will complete their due diligence, and we’d expect to be in a position to award a contract or contracts by November next year”. It is now mid January 2020 and CDS has not yet published the ITT’s referred to.
Please indicate when the ITT’s referred to will be published and indicate what impact the delay in publishing the ITT’s is likely to have on the plan to identify preferred bidders by November 2020 and award a contract or contracts by November 2020.

The CDS Board held a Board meeting on December 6th, 2019 in the DCC Committee Suite. Over a month later, the “Action Notes” from that meeting have yet to be published. Please provide a copy of the CDS Board Action Notes from the December 6, 2019 CDS Board meeting.
