Please provide data on how many Community Protection Notices (CPNs) – contained in the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 – have been issued by the council in the year between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018.
I would like to know:
The number of CPNs that were issued by the council in the year between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018.
If it is compliant with the limits identified in Section 12 of the FOIA, please provide the reason why the CPN was issued in each instance.
If itemising the reason for each CPN does exceed the limits identified in Section 12 of the FOIA, please provide a summary of the reasons (e.g. nuisance dog, Anti-social behaviour etc.).
