I wish to obtain copies of all available inspection reports on children’s residential care services during the period 1993 to 2002.
Devon County Council do not hold this information. These reports are held by the regulator who has carried out the inspections. At the current time, the inspections are carried out by OFSTED but during the time period you have referred to in your request, the inspections were carried out by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
