(4) Children’s Home with education (maximum and minimum weekly cost PER CHILD)
(5) Children’s Home with Therapy and Education (maximum and minimum weekly cost PER CHILD)
In response to question 1-5, a detailed public disclosure of the weekly payments made for these services may prejudice any future negotiations conducted by Devon County Council for identical or similar services. Whilst we acknowledge the need for transparency, it is not in the public interest to prejudice the commercial interests of the council. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to s.43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
