The contract began on 1st April 2016. It is a rolling contract. Disclosure of the value of the contract would potentially prejudice any commercial arrangements or negotiations which Devon County Council enter into. Whilst we acknowledge the need for transparency it is not in the public interest to prejudice the financial arrangements of the council. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure pursuant to s. 43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
