Yes, a report has been commissioned from the University of Exeter’s Centre for Energy and Environment has calculated the carbon footprint of Devon Local Authority.
If so what are your local authority area carbon footprint per capita and carbon emissions per capita
– The 2017 carbon emissions, detailing the carbon emissions of Devon County Council’s administrative area can be found online at https://www.devonclimateemergency.org.uk/devons-carbon-footprint/ (In the spreadsheet, the tab ‘Devon LA’ relates to Devon County Council administrative area – excluding Plymouth and Torbay).
– We do not currently hold ‘per capita’ emissions, however population data for Devon Local Authority can be found here: https://www.devon.gov.uk/factsandfigures/data-table/?postId=mid-year-population-estimates&geography=464 and therefore ‘per capita’ emissions can be calculated.
